Learning how to get the most and the best reviews is a critical skill for your business!
We recommend two main ways of going about this:
- ASK!
- Asking for reviews in person is an outstanding way to generate review flow. People will be more inclined to leave reviews if directly asked to.
- The importance of speed: the closer you ask to the time of the transaction, the more you are on their mind and the more likely they are to leave a review.
- EMAIL!
- Utilizing our automated reputation software to send review requests will remind and/or prompt customers to leave a comment.
