How to View Credit Card Processing Statements and Fee Reports

Overview

You can review your credit card processing statements, fees, and deposit activity directly inside your Punchey dashboard. This gives you full transparency into batch activity, transaction fees, and the net amounts deposited into your bank account.

Viewing Deposits and Fees:

1. Log into your Punchey dashboard 

2. In the left-hand menu, click Reports 

3. Select Deposits 

4. You’ll see a list of deposits showing:

   • Total number of transactions in the batch 

   • Gross payments processed 

   • Fees charged 

   • Net amount deposited by Punchey

Viewing Transaction-Level Fee Details:

1. From the Deposits report, click on any deposit line 

2. A detailed view will open showing each transaction in that batch, including:

   • Date & time of the payment 

   • Card type (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) 

   • Transaction amount 

   • Fees for that transaction

3. Use the Export or Print options at the top right to download or share this report
   

Why Use the Deposits Report?:

• Accurate fee reporting – All rates and fees are itemized for each transaction 

• Easy reconciliation – Match your bank deposits to batches in Punchey 

• Export & print – Share reports with your accountant or save for your records
