Using Digital Forms with your SignPad

Learning how to sign your consent and release forms on your tablet or iPad will be a game changer for your business!

Method One - PC to Tablet

  1. Search for your customer using the search feature if they are an existing customer.

    If they are new add a new contact by typing their name in the search bar and clicking add+
  2. After you've created your customer or you have found the customer coming in via search, navigate to their customer profile. (Show Above)
  3. Select Sign Consent Form, this can be found in the actions box at the bottom, and will send the form over to your tablet.
    1. If you have multiple tablets setup you will be prompted to select where you would like to send the form.

Method Two - Open from Tablet

  1. Navigate to the Signpad App on your iPad or tablet.
  2. Once you are logged in you should be presented with the welcome screen.
  3. In the bottom left of your screen you should see the forms icon directly above the logout button, click here.
  4. Search for your contact, or select New Customer.
  5. Select the form you'd like to fill out and you will be directed to your form.

Once Submitted 

You should see the customers form on their customer profile. If they are a new customer a new profile will be generated and you can find the form there!

Simply click the paper icon to the right of the form to view it.
