How to Set/Edit Employee Schedules

Staff Scheduler Tool

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab, select "Team" and then "Team Calendars".
  2. Here you should see your resource group(s), select "Schedule" next to the group where your employee would be.
  3. This will open the staff scheduling tool, at the top you should see a dropdown of resource names.
  4. Select your resource.
  5. There are two options when setting a schedule
    1. Recurring Schedule: This schedule will be set for all weeks to come. This is recommended when setting up a schedule for the first time.
    2. Selected Week: This is used to mark days off, or vacation times. This will prevent bookings when that resource is unavailable during their normal hours.
