How to create an Appointment

Learn to create an appointment, there are various methods to doing so, let's take a look!

Appointment Creation Page

  1. Enter Customers Name, this will pull up the customers details including assets if applicable. 
  2. Confirm the appointment date & time is correct or adjust accordingly.
  3. Check "recurring" if you would like this booking to repeat, settings for this will follow.
  4. There are various customization options for your appointments.
    1. Tags: Create tags for your appointments to set them apart.
    2. Color: Color can be set in the appointment creation screen, or you can setup individual colors for your resources.
  5. Set your appointment reminder window, this will send an automated text from the smart number to remind your customer of their appointment.
  6. If the customer has any assets you can assign which one will be receiving the service.
  7. Now we will select the service, it is important to select the resource that will be performing the service as this will allocate the appointment to the correct calendar. Price can be edited at checkout, so appointment pricing is not what the customer will have to pay necessarily. 
  8. Now just click Book Appointment.
    1. You can also collect a deposit from here as well, just click the arrow next to book appointment and select Book and Collect Deposit.

Calendar Booking

  1. Navigate to the Appointments Tab.
  2. Within the appointments tab you will have the option to select calendar or daily schedule.
  3. Select "Calendars"
  4. Now you will be presented with your business calendar.
  5. Simply click the time & day on the calendar and you will be directed to the appointment creation screen.

Daily Schedule Booking

  1. Navigate to the Appointments Tab.
  2. This should route you to the daily schedule.
  3. Click "Book New Appointment"
