Checkout an Appointment from Daily Schedule
This guide explains how to complete an appointment checkout starting from the Daily Schedule view. Use this method when handling same-day bookings or when you prefer working from the list format.
Steps

Go to Daily Schedule

From the left-hand menu, select Appointments > Daily Schedule.

Confirm the date at the top right of the page matches the day of the appointment.
Tip: If you don’t see the appointment, make sure you’re on the correct date.

Locate the Appointment

Scroll through the Upcoming Appointments list to find the correct booking.

Open the Action Menu

On the far right of the row for the appointment, click the Action icon (three stacked lines).

Select “Generate Bill”

From the dropdown menu, choose Generate Bill.

This will open the invoice creation screen.

Review & Adjust the Invoice

Check the customer name, services, quantities, and pricing.

Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Complete the Checkout
-
Choose one of the following:
-
Accept Payment – process payment immediately.

Email Invoice – send the invoice to the customer for payment.

Save Invoice – save for later processing.
