Checkout an Appointment from Daily Schedule

This guide explains how to complete an appointment checkout starting from the Daily Schedule view. Use this method when handling same-day bookings or when you prefer working from the list format.

Steps

  1. Go to Daily Schedule

    • From the left-hand menu, select Appointments > Daily Schedule.

    • Confirm the date at the top right of the page matches the day of the appointment.

    Tip: If you don’t see the appointment, make sure you’re on the correct date.

  2. Locate the Appointment

    • Scroll through the Upcoming Appointments list to find the correct booking.

  3. Open the Action Menu

    • On the far right of the row for the appointment, click the Action icon (three stacked lines).

  4. Select “Generate Bill”

    • From the dropdown menu, choose Generate Bill.

    • This will open the invoice creation screen.

  5. Review & Adjust the Invoice

    • Check the customer name, services, quantities, and pricing.

    • Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

  6. Complete the Checkout

    • Choose one of the following:

      • Accept Payment – process payment immediately.

      • Email Invoice – send the invoice to the customer for payment.

      • Save Invoice – save for later processing.
