Customer Call Logging Widget
The Punchey app has a powerful call logging widget that enhances your CRM integration by acting like an advanced caller ID.
When a customer calls your business, the Punchey app will display a link to the customer’s profile, whether they are new or existing.
Features:
- New Customer: If the caller's number is not in the system, clicking on the notification will allow you to create a new contact. You can then proceed to fill in the relevant information and schedule appointments from there.
- Existing Customer: If the caller's number is already saved, the widget will display the name, number, and their past history with your company. Clicking the notification will take you directly to the customer’s profile, where you can view an overview and manage further scheduling.
This feature makes it significantly easier to annotate, schedule, and check out customers, thus increasing your business's efficiency.
