Creating an Invoice with Punchey Connect

Booking to Invoice

There are a few ways to do this but we'll go over our recommended flow here.

  1. Once you have completed your appointment navigate to the Bookings section of the app.
  2. Tap on the recently completed booking.
  3. A menu should pop up, select Generate Bill.
  4. An invoice should be created for you, confirm the details and make an edits then select Continue.
  5. Select Accept Payment.
  6. You can now select your Payment Method, and continue.
  7. Enter in any details required for the chosen payment method.
  8. Invoice Payment Complete!

Creating an Invoice

  1. Navigate to the Invoice section.
  2. Click the green button on the bottom right of your screen.
  3. You can now enter in any invoice details
    1. Contact Name
    2. Add Item/Service
    3. Add Resource
    4. Optional Discounts
  4. Once filled out select Continue.
  5. In the pop-up menu select Accept Payment.
  6. You can now select your Payment Method, and continue.
  7. Enter in any details required for the chosen payment method.
  8. Invoice Payment Complete!
