Creating an Invoice with Punchey Connect

Booking to Invoice
There are a few ways to do this but we'll go over our recommended flow here.
- Once you have completed your appointment navigate to the Bookings section of the app.
- Tap on the recently completed booking.
- A menu should pop up, select Generate Bill.
- An invoice should be created for you, confirm the details and make an edits then select Continue.
- Select Accept Payment.
- You can now select your Payment Method, and continue.
- Enter in any details required for the chosen payment method.
- Invoice Payment Complete!
Creating an Invoice
- Navigate to the Invoice section.
- Click the green + button on the bottom right of your screen.
- You can now enter in any invoice details
- Contact Name
- Add Item/Service
- Add Resource
- Optional Discounts
- Once filled out select Continue.
- In the pop-up menu select Accept Payment.
- You can now select your Payment Method, and continue.
- Enter in any details required for the chosen payment method.
- Invoice Payment Complete!
