Checkout & Close Appointments – Calendar View

This guide explains how to complete an appointment checkout starting from the Calendar view. Use this method when handling appointments from any date range or when you prefer a visual, date-based layout.

Steps

  1. Go to Calendar View

    • From the left-hand menu, select Appointments > Calendar.

    • Confirm you’re viewing the correct date, week, or month using the date selector and navigation arrows.

    Tip: If you don’t see the appointment, adjust the date range or switch between day/week/month view.

  2. Locate the Appointment

    • Find the correct appointment block in the calendar grid.

  3. Open the Appointment Details

    • Click the appointment to open its detail pop-up.

  4. Select “Generate Bill”

    • In the pop-up, click Generate Bill.

    • This will open the invoice creation screen.

  5. Review & Adjust the Invoice

    • Check the customer name, services, quantities, and pricing.

    • Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

  6. Complete the Checkout

    • Choose one of the following:

      • Accept Payment – process payment immediately.

      • Email Invoice – send the invoice to the customer for payment.

      • Save Invoice – save for later processing.
